    If the resin material is confirmed, we can begin production using your existing mold with minimal lead time.

    We typically respond within 1–2 business days after receiving the mold.

    For molds that have not been used for an extended period, we perform a comprehensive inspection before production, including:

    • Hot runner system, Parting line, Burr (flash), Slide cores, Overall mold condition and Others

    What Materials and Sizes Can Be Injection Molded?

    We handle a wide range of materials, from general-purpose plastics to advanced engineering plastics. Most plastic materials can be processed, including PP, PE, ABS, PC, and engineering plastics. Based on mold size, we can produce parts up to 900 × 1,400 mm with a maximum shot weight of 5 kg.
