    We develop products with consideration for mold cost, production stability, and long-term reliability. By optimizing design factors such as assembly, functionality, and material selection, we create products that are suitable for efficient mold manufacturing and mass production. Our goal is to minimize design revisions and ensure smooth transition from product development to mold production. We utilize professional CAD solutions including AutoCAD and Siemens NX for precise product design and engineering.

    We support a wide range of materials including ABS, PC, PP, PE, POM, HIPS, PA66, PPS, PFA, and more. By considering mold cost and production efficiency, we design the most economical and practical mold structures. Even without existing CAD data, we can create designs through reverse engineering based on hand sketches or physical product samples.Our optimized designs enable fast, reliable mold manufacturing and smooth transition to mass production.
